Return Policy

Each fine art print from SnailTrailAdventures is custom-made to order through our professional print partner, WhiteWall. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as size, finish, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement or compensation under WhiteWall’s Satisfaction Guarantee.

What you need to do:

  • Report the damage or defect to us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Contact us at snailtrailadventures@gmail.com — or message us directly on Instagram (@snailtrailadventures) for the fastest response.

  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and at least two clear photos of the issue (ideally taken in daylight, against a neutral background, and showing the product and packaging).

Once we receive your request, we will contact WhiteWall within 14 days and coordinate the resolution on your behalf. Their Quality Management team will examine the case and determine the appropriate solution, which may include remaking the product or offering compensation.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for issues caused by customer handling, storage, or treatment.

  • We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for:

    • Color differences between your monitor and calibrated printing systems

    • Typos, spelling errors, or mistakes in submitted designs

    • Low-resolution or poor-quality images provided by the customer

    • Incorrect product selection (size, finish, etc.)

Return Shipping

  • In most cases, you will not need to return the product.

  • If WhiteWall requests the product for inspection, we will provide instructions. You are responsible for packaging the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
